Hours of operation
The Ford Discovery Centre and Ford Gift Shop is open between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm Wednesday to Monday (closed on Tuesdays except on Public Holidays)
In addition the Centre is also closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Good Friday.

Guided Tours

The Ford Discovery Centre is located on the corner of Brougham and Gheringhap Streets in Geelong, directly over the road from where Ford first started its operations in Australia in 1925.
Located in the heart of Geelong’s vibrant Waterfront Precinct the Ford Discovery Centre is about an hour’s drive south west of Melbourne and an hour’s drive north of the popular Great Ocean Road town of Lorne.
Some of the exciting attractions to visit while in Geelong include the National Wool Museum, Historic Eastern Beach, The Carousel and Geelong’s famous Bollards- all within a short stroll of the centre.
PARKING
On street Parking is available around the Centre with Disabled Parking for visitors and ramp access at front of the building.
