Our showcase is for ever changing, every time you visit the Ford Discovery Centre you are sure to see plenty of new vehicles on display.

Our current showcase includes two concept vehicles R7 Territory and R5 Ford Dual cab Ute

R7 Territory

r5 concept

Ford’s R7 concept vehicle was first shown to the public at the 2002 Melbourne International Motor Show. The R7 was the first concept model for the all new soon to be released Ford Territory.

The design of the R7’s  exterior reflects its true nature, with the surface language providing contemporary, clear, positive surfaces, with crisp detailing that generates a feeling of athleticism matched with precise, well crafted solidity.

The front incorporates:

  • High intensity Xenon discharge lamp technology
  • LED turn signals
  • Pronounced and powerful bonnet powerdrome leading into the grille.

Similar technology and design cues are contained in the rear of the vehicle:

  • Split rear tailgate for easy access
  • Hidden reverse sensors
  • Tail lamps reflecting the front lamp detailing with LED turn     signals
  • Turned machine alloy exhaust

R7 also includes massive 20” diamond turned alloy wheels and 20” laser cut tyres.

R7 is presented in Blood Orange. The colour was chosen specifically to continue the dynamic and passionate image of the vehicle.
